Pre-APPE Readiness Assessment (PARA)

• Includes one 200-question assessment that serves as a final benchmark for P3 or Year 3 prior to Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE)
• Results include individual and cohort performance, compared to national average scores

P1 Readiness Assessment

• Includes two 100-question assessments that serve as benchmarks of readiness for P1 or Year 1 students at the start of their program
• Results include individual and cohort performance, compared to national average scores

• Up to 10 licenses/users for 6 months access to the ExamSoft Training platform (self-paced courses).

– up to 1,000 questions provided by client (must be the same format; categories/titles not included)

– Examplify mock exam for students

– ExamSoft pre-built category structure as available for program type

• Duration of approximately 90 days

Premium Onboarding Package

• Designated Onboarding Consultant
• Up to 10 licenses/users for 6 months access to the ExamSoft Training platform (self-paced courses).
•  Initial creation/import of: 

– up to 1,000 questions provided by client (must be the same format; categories/titles not included)

– Examplify mock exam for students

– ExamSoft pre-built category structure as available for program type

• Duration of approximately 90 days

Custom Onboarding Package

• Consulting session with Customer to determine additional implementation requirements
• Designated senior onboarding consultant
• Up to 10 virtual training/consultation sessions
• Access to ExamSoft 101 resources
• Initial creation/import of:

-Up to 3,000 questions provided by Customer (must be same format; categories/titles not included)

-Examplify mock exam for students

-ExamSoft pre-built category structure for program type

• 90-minute virtual workshop with onboarding consultant or additional specialized consultation session
• Duration of approximately 180 days

Expedited Onboarding Package

• Designated Onboarding Consultant
• Up to 10 licenses/users for 6 months access to the ExamSoft Training platform (self-paced courses).
•  Initial creation/import of:
  – up to 1,000 questions provided by client (must be the same format; categories/titles not included)
  – Examplify mock exam for students
  – ExamSoft pre-built category structure for program type
• Duration: Onboarding package for customers requiring first high-stakes exam in fewer than 90 days from contract closing.

Migration Package

• Designated Onboarding Consultant
• Up to 10 licenses/users for 6 months access to the ExamSoft Training platform (self-paced courses).
•  Initial creation/import of: 

– up to 1,000 questions provided by client (must be the same format; categories/titles not included)

– Examplify mock exam for students

– ExamSoft pre-built category structure as available for program type

• Duration of approximately 90 days

Early Item Banking

• Consultation with an Onboarding Consultant
• Up to 10 licenses/users for 12 months access to the Examsoft training Platform (Self-Paced Courses)
• Early access to the ExamSoft portal for the purpose of item banking

Question Importing

• Additional set of questions beyond the 1,000 included onboarding package to be formatted and uploaded.

5 License Customer Learning Platform

• Additional licenses to access the online training in increments of 5 for 6-12 months.

Custom Category Creation

• 60 minutes of consulting time with an Onboarding Consultant followed by custom creation and import of category trees.

Clinical Judgement Exam Support

• Portal administration services for any of the following: student enrollments, create faculty and assign permissions, distribute exams, export data.
