By designing a framework of support for faculty using ExamSoft, administrators can become more efficient with time and resources while providing a foundation for users. The framework shared in this session entails a comprehensive orientation to the system, just-in-time assistance for experienced users, ongoing opportunities for group education on special topics, and a customized collection of digital resources to support faculty and curricular assessment. We have found this framework manages the balance between faculty needs and program resources for support, resulting in a better experience for everyone. Empowering faculty in this way has built system user confidence and encouraged independence.
